House Update

Well, negotiations on the pad didn't work out. A very low offer was presented to us, we countered it, but they couldn't swing it, so the quest for a buyer goes on. All it takes is one....

Dave and I spent three weeks of December and the first part of January on Cuervo. Justin came down from Sacramento to spend Christmas with us. We went out sailing and anchored in front of The Hangout (good beach bar) and watched the kite surfers until the sun went down. Went back to Behia San Carlos the next morning.
