Well, we arrived in San Blas on Christmas afternoon. We anchored in Matanchen Bay for the night, and moved into the marina the next day to do some projects on the boat. The square at San Blas is really cool, and is always good people watching. Met some great people, and enjoyed the simple personality of town. The jungle tour was very cool with this area having over 300 species of birds, iguanas, and even a crocodile here and there. The estuary itself was quite interesting.
We'll be leaving on Monday, 1/3/2011 to Chacala anchorage, then Punta de Mita and La Cruz in Banderas Bay in the area of Puerto Vallarta. We think we'll be anchored in La Cruz for a few weeks before we move on south. So, until then.......
Happy 2011, and MAKE THE MOST OF LIFE!
